How do we get started with Plaii?
Contact us at plaii@plaii.no. We help set up your account, clarify your needs and give you a quick introduction before you start.
What does Plaii cost?
Plaii has a fixed monthly price of NOK 300. Viewing time, live broadcasting, stored recordings, event setup and WebTV are billed based on actual usage.
How is usage invoiced?
As a customer, you receive a clear invoice at the start of each month for the previous month's usage. During the month, you can follow estimated costs in the control panel.
Can we use Plaii for both live broadcasts and recordings?
Yes. Plaii handles live broadcasts, recordings, publishing, embed codes, video pages and archives in one solution.
What is WebTV?
WebTV is your own channel with live broadcasts, recordings, series, categories and archives. It can be open, closed or subscription-based when that becomes available.
Can videos be embedded on our own website?
Yes. Every video and live broadcast gets its own embed code, ready to use on your own website.
Where is Plaii hosted?
Plaii runs on European infrastructure and uses European suppliers. This matters for organizations with requirements for control, compliance and supplier choices.
